- Kasseri cheese - 200 grams

- Honey - 30 ml

Steps
- Cut the Kasseri cheese into thick slices, about 1 cm each.
- Lightly sprinkle salt on both sides of the cheese slices.
- Dredge each cheese slice in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess flour.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
