- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 200 grams
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 100 grams
- Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and dried oregano, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
- Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top and return to low heat for 1-2 minutes to warm the cheese slightly.
