Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams

  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 200 grams
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 100 grams
  • Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and dried oregano, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp and tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top and return to low heat for 1-2 minutes to warm the cheese slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
