Ingredients
- Halloumi cheese - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Whole grain bread - 2 slices
Steps
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cut the Halloumi cheese into 1 cm thick slices.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, coating the bottom evenly.
- Place the cheese slices in the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the cheese is cooking, toast the whole grain bread in a toaster or on another skillet.
- Once the cheese is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it on a plate.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the cheese, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, and sprinkle with chopped parsley and black pepper.
