Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the red bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stems.
  3. Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the peppers.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
