  • Almonds - 100 grams
  • Walnuts - 100 grams
  • Pistachios - 100 grams

  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, and pistachios.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the nuts, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add the dried oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Toss again until the nuts are well coated with the seasoning.
