- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Feta cheese - 50g, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the oil and spice mixture.
