Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 600g)
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Feta cheese - 50g, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the oil and spice mixture.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
