Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare the artichokes by trimming the stems and cutting about 1 inch off the top. Remove the tough outer leaves and cut the artichokes in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the artichoke halves generously with the olive oil mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
