- Red bell pepper - 100 grams, diced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini, eggplant, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes, red onion, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh basil on top of the vegetables.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
