Ingredients

  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Thoroughly wash the purslane under cold water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the washed purslane, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
