  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 pieces
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 150 grams

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the chicken marinates, soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, alternating with mixed berries.
  7. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  8. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
