- Greek yogurt - 200 grams
- Vanilla protein powder - 30 grams
- Agar-agar powder - 5 grams
- Honey - 30 grams
- Water - 250 ml
- Cornstarch - 20 grams
- Chopped nuts (pistachios or almonds) - 30 grams
- Powdered sugar - for dusting
Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
- Reduce heat to low and add the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey, and cornstarch. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Continue to cook on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- Add the chopped nuts and mix until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 20x20 cm square baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, dust with powdered sugar and cut into small squares to serve.
