Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 200 grams
  • Vanilla protein powder - 30 grams
  • Agar-agar powder - 5 grams
  • Honey - 30 grams
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Cornstarch - 20 grams
  • Chopped nuts (pistachios or almonds) - 30 grams
  • Powdered sugar - for dusting

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey, and cornstarch. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Continue to cook on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  4. Add the chopped nuts and mix until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined 20x20 cm square baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Once set, dust with powdered sugar and cut into small squares to serve.
