- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the prawns to the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated prawns onto the skewers, about 4-5 prawns per skewer.
- Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
