Ingredients

  • Prawns (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams

  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the prawns to the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated prawns onto the skewers, about 4-5 prawns per skewer.
  5. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
