  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the prawns to the marinade and mix well. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated prawns, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper pieces onto the skewers, alternating between them.
