- Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
- Bell pepper (cut into squares) - 1 medium
- Skewers (soaked in water) - 4
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber (grated) - 1/2 small
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the prawns to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the prawns are marinating, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, chopped dill, and grated cucumber in a bowl. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated prawns, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper squares onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot with the yogurt sauce on the side.
