Ingredients

  • Prawns (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (cut into squares) - 1 medium
  • Skewers (soaked in water) - 4
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber (grated) - 1/2 small

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the prawns to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the prawns are marinating, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, chopped dill, and grated cucumber in a bowl. Set aside.
  4. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Thread the marinated prawns, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper squares onto the skewers, alternating between them.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve hot with the yogurt sauce on the side.
