Ingredients

  • Prawns - 200 grams, peeled and deveined

  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the prawns, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the prawns are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the prawn mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the prawn mixture.
