- Potatoes - 400 grams
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mash the potatoes until smooth. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, dill, flour, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the potato mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the patties lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the Keftedes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
