Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the pork cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
