- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
