Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Low-carb tortilla - 2 pieces
  • Cucumber - 1/2, diced
  • Tomato - 1, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add to the marinade, mixing well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the pork is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Set aside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and browned.
  5. Warm the low-carb tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
  6. To assemble the wraps, place the cooked pork in the center of each tortilla, and top with diced tomato, sliced red onion, and a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately.
