Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Low-carb tortilla - 2 pieces
- Cucumber - 1/2, diced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add to the marinade, mixing well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and browned.
- Warm the low-carb tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
- To assemble the wraps, place the cooked pork in the center of each tortilla, and top with diced tomato, sliced red onion, and a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately.
