Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Romaine lettuce - 100 grams, chopped
  • Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 30 grams, pitted
  • Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork strips. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is browned and cooked through.
  4. While the pork is cooking, prepare the salad by combining chopped romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion in a large bowl.
  5. Once the pork is cooked, let it cool slightly before adding it to the salad mixture.
  6. Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese and Kalamata olives.
  7. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving and toss gently to combine.
