- Whole wheat pita bread - 2 pieces

- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Form the pork mixture into two patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, diced cucumber, and chopped parsley in a separate bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Warm the whole wheat pita bread in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft.
- Once the pork patties are cooked, place each patty on a pita, and top with diced tomato, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
