  • Pork chops - 2 x 200g

  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese - 100g, crumbled
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g, halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pork chops in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, shaking off excess liquid, and place them on the grill.
