Steps
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well, ensuring the pork is thoroughly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
