  • Water - 60 ml (1/4 cup)
  • Paprika - for garnish
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the canned chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
