- Whole wheat pita - 2 pieces

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic.
- Brush the pita breads with the garlic oil mixture on both sides.
- Place the pitas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion evenly over the pitas.
- Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Sprinkle fresh oregano, salt, and black pepper over the toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the pita are golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
