- Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Fresh dill, chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables: dice the cucumber and tomato, thinly slice the red onion, and slice the Kalamata olives.
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to create a yogurt sauce.
