  • Smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio nuts, olive oil, dried oregano, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and lemon zest. Toss until the nuts are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned pistachios in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pistachios are fragrant and slightly toasted.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
