Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio nuts, olive oil, dried oregano, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and lemon zest. Toss until the nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned pistachios in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pistachios are fragrant and slightly toasted.
