- Pistachios, shelled and chopped - 50 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Oregano, dried - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Tomato, sliced - 1 medium

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped pistachios, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger toppings by washing the lettuce leaves, slicing the tomato, and thinly slicing the red onion.
- Once the lamb patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To assemble the burgers, place each lamb patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with tomato slices and red onion, and serve immediately.
