Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
