  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Kalamata olives - 100 grams
  • Pita bread - 2 pieces

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth to create a creamy hummus.
  2. In another bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and paprika. Stir until well combined to make a feta dip.
  3. For the yogurt dip, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and lemon zest if desired.
  4. Arrange the hummus, feta dip, and yogurt dip in small bowls on a platter.
  5. Scatter the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives around the dips for a fresh touch.
