Ingredients

  • Hummus - 100 grams
  • Tzatziki - 100 grams
  • Olives (Kalamata) - 50 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams
  • Stuffed grape leaves (Dolmas) - 6 pieces
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare the hummus and tzatziki by placing them in small serving bowls.
  2. Arrange the Kalamata olives in a small bowl and place it on the platter.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it on the platter.
  4. Place the stuffed grape leaves (dolmas) neatly on the platter.
