- Pine nuts - 30 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive oil - 60 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Spinach - 50 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a food processor, combine basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth to create the pesto sauce, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves on top of the pesto.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the toppings.
- Transfer the pizza to a baking tray or pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
