Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the water, olive oil, and honey until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice the loaf into thin pieces and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to toast.
