- Beets - 300 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the beets thoroughly, wrap them in aluminum foil, and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
- Once cooked, remove the beets from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before peeling off the skin.
- Cut the peeled beets into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, chopped mint, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
