  • Swiss chard - 150 grams, chopped
  • Spinach - 100 grams, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the diced carrot, celery, and potato to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the chopped Swiss chard and spinach, and let them wilt for about 3 minutes.
