- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Milk - 200 milliliters
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in Greek yogurt, egg, and a pinch of nutmeg until well combined.
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, followed by the meat sauce, and then the remaining pasta. Pour the béchamel mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the béchamel layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
