Ingredients

  • Pasta (spaghetti or fusilli) - 150 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 200 grams
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh dill (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, in a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  4. Combine the hot pasta with the yogurt mixture, adding a little reserved pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
  5. Fold in the chopped dill, halved cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese gently.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra dill and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
