- Canned tomatoes (crushed) - 400 grams
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried basil - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- Add the drained pasta to the tomato sauce and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired sauce consistency.
- Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional feta and parsley if desired.
