- Cold water - 50 ml
- Fresh parsley - 20 grams, chopped

- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- Cook the whole wheat pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, prepare the tarator sauce by mixing tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and cold water in a bowl until smooth.
- Add chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the tarator sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot over low heat.
- Pour the tarator sauce over the warm pasta and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and mix gently to incorporate.
