Ingredients

  • Pasta (spaghetti or linguine) - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 200 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 30 grams
  • Fresh basil (chopped) - 20 grams
  • Fresh dill (chopped) - 10 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Once the pasta is ready, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the tomatoes and garlic, tossing to combine.
  7. Add the chopped parsley, basil, and dill, along with the lemon juice, and stir well.
  8. If the pasta seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot, topped with crumbled feta cheese if desired.
