- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 200 grams
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 30 grams
- Fresh basil (chopped) - 20 grams
- Fresh dill (chopped) - 10 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams (optional)
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Once the pasta is ready, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the tomatoes and garlic, tossing to combine.
- Add the chopped parsley, basil, and dill, along with the lemon juice, and stir well.
- If the pasta seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot, topped with crumbled feta cheese if desired.
