  • Fresh green beans - 200 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, trim the ends of the green beans and add them to the boiling water for the last 5 minutes of pasta cooking time.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Once the pasta and green beans are cooked, drain them and add them to the skillet with the garlic and tomatoes. Toss to combine.
