- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, trim the ends of the green beans and add them to the boiling water for the last 5 minutes of pasta cooking time.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Once the pasta and green beans are cooked, drain them and add them to the skillet with the garlic and tomatoes. Toss to combine.
