Ingredients
- Whole grain pasta - 150 grams
- Seedless grapes - 200 grams, halved
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the halved grapes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften and release their juices.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well with the grapes. If the mixture seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using. Mix until everything is well combined and warmed through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil and feta if desired.
