- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the grated carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the carrots.
- Add crumbled feta cheese, fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the pasta and toss everything together until well combined.
