Steps
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt, cooking slowly for about 15-20 minutes until the onions are caramelized and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
