- Kalamata olives - 50 grams
- Fresh basil - 15 grams
- Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Cut the stale bread into bite-sized cubes and toast them in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
