  • Cucumber - 1 medium (about 200 grams)
  • Red onion - 1/2 small (about 50 grams)
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil - 15 grams
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cut the stale bread into bite-sized cubes and toast them in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. While the bread is toasting, chop the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
