- Riced cauliflower - 300 grams
- Kalamata olives - 100 grams, pitted and chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 20 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
