Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, and red onion over the dough.
