- Instant yeast - 5 grams

- Garlic powder - 2 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 30 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh oregano - 5 grams, chopped
- Fresh basil - 5 grams, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water and instant yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and garlic powder. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Once the dough has risen, divide it into two equal portions and roll each portion into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
