- Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Kalamata olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to about a 10-inch circle.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, minced garlic, dried oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the tomato and olive mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
