Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Kalamata olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to about a 10-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, minced garlic, dried oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spread the tomato and olive mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil.
