- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Rinse the mussels under cold water, scrubbing the shells to remove any debris. Discard any mussels that are open and do not close when tapped.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pot and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the cleaned mussels to the pot, cover with a lid, and steam for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels have opened up.
- Once the mussels are cooked, remove the pot from heat and stir in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Serve the mussels warm, drizzled with extra olive oil if desired, and enjoy!
