- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- On a floured surface, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and chopped thyme to the mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the mushrooms.
- Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach evenly on top.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
